ML/Backend Engineer

About the role

We need an ML engineer to build production AI pipelines, optimize model performance, and create scalable AI infrastructure for our client projects.

Responsibilities

• 01Build and deploy production ML pipelines and AI APIs
• 02Design RAG systems, embedding pipelines, and vector search infrastructure
• 03Optimize model latency, cost, and quality for production workloads
• 04Implement AI monitoring, evaluation, and feedback systems
• 05Stay current with AI/ML research and integrate new capabilities

Requirements

• —4+ years of backend/ML engineering experience
• —Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and ML frameworks
• —Deep experience with LLM APIs, fine-tuning, and prompt optimization
• —Understanding of vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• —Experience with cloud AI infrastructure (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)

Nice to have

• +Published ML research or significant open-source contributions
• +Experience with model evaluation frameworks
• +Knowledge of edge AI and model optimization (quantization, distillation)
