When building AI features, we process data on secure, encrypted infrastructure. Client data used for AI model training is never shared with third parties or used to train general-purpose models. All AI processing is documented and transparent. We implement data minimization principles — only processing data essential for the AI feature being built.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information to provide and improve our AI-powered services, communicate about projects, send technical notices, analyze usage patterns, and comply with legal obligations. AI-processed data is used exclusively for the client's project.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade your data. We may share information with trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, AI model APIs) under strict data processing agreements. All third parties are vetted for security compliance.

5. Data Security

We implement encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, access controls, and AI-specific security measures including model access logging, data pipeline encryption, and automated vulnerability scanning.

6. AI Model Data Retention

Client data used for AI model training is retained only for the duration of the project plus a 30-day buffer. Upon request, all training data and derived models can be deleted or transferred to the client.
